Here you'll find a list of generally asked questions and answers to help you with making your rental reservation and understanding our company rental policies. This is just a partial list, so if you don't find answers to your questions here, please call us at (352) 339-8980 and we will be happy to assist you with details.

A: Deposits are not refundable. If you cancel we can not refund your deposit. Severe weather cancellations will be determined by Bouncing Kings office staff and the customers 24 hours before the event. Cancellations due to severe weather must be made BY PHONE ONLY (352-339-8980) by NOON the day before your event. If Bouncing Kings has to cancel an event on the morning of the event due to unsafe or severe weather and we can't safely make the rental delivery there is never a penalty or fee to the customer. We offer a raincheck up to 1 year.
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
